Readers' Chat, part 1

           I'm responding to a few of your comments;

made with

"I love your blog.. very nice colors & theme. Did you create this website yourself or did you hire someone to do it for you? Plz answer back as I'm looking to design my own blog and would like to find out where u got this from. thank you. "
         ----- I use a blog template from Blogger,  but I add a few things here and there.

          "Do you have a spam issue on this website; I also am a blogger, and I was wondering your situation; we have created some nice procedures and we are looking to trade strategies with others, be sure to shoot me an email if interested....."
            I have some spam comments, but they are usually easy to filter out. I look for similar comments, comments made by the same person and off-topic comments. Not all of these are bad- but it's just one way to sort them out. It's not a fail-proof plan, but it's what I have now.

            "  Hey tҺis is kind of of off topic butt Ӏ waѕ wondering if blogs uuse WYSIWYG editors оr if ʏou have to manually codee witɦ HTML. I'm starting a blog soοn but havе no coding expertise so I wanted to gett guidance frߋm ѕomeone with experience. Any help ԝould be enormously appreciated!"
                   Coding isn't a must, but it definitely helps. Blogger has panels for writing with code (or html) or without. If you'd like to learn more about coding, check out Pinterest

            "My partner and I absolutely love your blog and find the majority of your post's to be just what I'm looking for. can you offer guest writers to write content for you personally? I wouldn't mind composing a post or elaborating on some of the subjects you write regarding here. Again, awesome site! Feel free to visit my web page...."

                  Guest posts are welcome and encouraged, as long as they are PG and won't harm anyone.  I prefer posts that are related to Clay Aiken, music, American Idol and similar topics; but others on occasion are okay. I sometimes have writer's block or illnesses and emergencies, so guest blogs are great.
If you are interested in doing a guest post, please send me your post ideas or examples of your previous blog posts via email
or via twitter

That's all for now; but keep on reading and commenting so we can do this again very soon--- and not Clay's soon :D

             Do you remember when going to the movie theater was a big event? Instead of watching at home, we went out with family, friends or a date.

             Time to get some popcorn. These are a few movies that feature Clay, his music, or mention him;

imikimi - sharing creativity
  • Aladdin- Clay recorded the song, "Proud of Your Boy" for a scene with Aladdin's mother which was cut from the film. Clay's performance was later added as a Special Feature to the DVD
  •  Phineas and Ferb- Clay and Chaka Khan or their animated likenesses were featured in Summer Belongs to You. .
  • Without A Paddle- features one of Clay's songs.
  • 17 Again - mentions Clay

              So, what do you think? Got any suggestions for this list? Please comment in the form below.
