              One of the easiest ways we have to give to each other is by the simple sharing of a smile. It doesn't take much of our time or a lot of money to do. Just a few moveents of some muscles around our mouths. Seems pretty simple, huh. Then, why don't we smile more often?

      What are some things that make you smile? Is it hearing Clay Aiken sing or knowing the good he has done with UNICEF or the National Inclusion Project; or is it something totally different,

like cute baby animals? Whatever it is, we need to smile more frequently and encourage others to smile. There is psychological research on the (1.) reasons why we smile and on (2.) how our smiling affects others and ourselves.
