      It has not been long since Daylight Savings Time ended. What did you do with the extra hour? Did you 'dance' or 'mourn' the extra hour of sunlight? I did neither as I was recovering from a flare-up of lymphedema in one of my legs. I wonder what Clay Aiken did? Whatever it was, I hope he enjoyed the day.

How can you enjoy a time to dance?;

• Above all, don't panic- just relax.

• Realize that while you may not be the best dancer, you probably aren't the worst.. America's Funniest Videos and YouTube have proof that you're not alone if you can't dance well.

• Not everyone can dance as well as Derek and Julianne Hough.

• You could search out some dancing moves on YouTube or take a class, if you are still unsure.
