A few weeks ago there was a Twitter poll to see which one of four female pop singers would be your pick for a hypothetical duet with Clay Aiken. With 4 options and only 5 voters, there was a clear winner and a tie for second place. Drum roll, please........And the winner is.....

She had a birthday this week and is now 23 years old. The pop singer did enjoy some birthday festivities, but took a moment to ask her fans to support Syria. She was filming a new Cinderella movie, but the cast, friends, and her boyfriend, Shawn Mendez (another famous pop singer) had a bit of a party!

Both of these young ladies would also make good duet partners for Clay. As I mentioned previously, Simpson has a new memoir out now, called Open Book . As stated in The New Yorker, she mentions her ride to pop stardom and her struggle with recovery.
What does pop star Selena Gomez do with her free time now that she's single? One thing she has been spotted doing is solving cold cases. Elle stated that she and her mother visited CrimeCon Chicago.

Rihanna received 0 votes. Vulture states that this pop singer has been keeping fans guessing about a future album, but the Daily Mail has featured her latest addition to her clothing line.
What's Next
Any of these ladies would make great duet partners for Clay and might help him win a younger audience, however Camilla Cabello was the one you chose for a hypothetical duet.
These ladies seem to be active in other areas and in charities: Camilla Cabello supports Save the Children , Jessica Simpson is involved with several charities (She was spotted several years ago at an event for Ronald McDonald Charities with Clay), Selena Gomez has also been a UNICEF Goodwill Ambassador and has been active with many other charities , and Rihanna has been active in several causes- including UNICEF and Save the Children .
