If you have lived in the US in the last 2 to 4 decades, chances are that you have heard music that was written by Burt Bacharach and Hal David. One of the songs I first ever remember singing was written by them, "Raindrops Keep Falling On My Head." I was about 2 at the time and probably knew mostly the chorus at the time, and only sang it in the family car, but it's one of thoe childhood memories. Mr. David and Burt Bacharach also wrote "What The World Needs Now."
